[Adding] athletic burnout is a current epidemic among all ages but in particular, it is highest among female athletes who exhibit maladaptive perfectionism.” “Maladaptive perfectionism refers to the rigid standards and unrealistically high expectations that one places upon herself. The first Achievements Award ceremony took place at the Jazz Cultural Center in San Francisco's historic Fillmore district, in 2014. In 2023, the New York Chapter honored New York's young professional women that was hosted by D'Marsh Couture, NYC.

The JazzyJZ Mentoring ensures young professional women preparation to move into corporate and community leadership platforms. Our discussion will consider the 5-point leadership concerns and opportunities to enhance professional growth.
