The faith community has been slow to discuss domestic violence among its parishioners. This panel will address how the intersectionality of class, gender, age, and denomination affect discussions of domestic violence in the church. The Panel is based on Moderator Loretta Green-Williams' autobiographical book, Killing Me Softly With His Words: A Child of God's Response to Domestic Violence.
